(1)

Together, we can support you in accessing those answers. We are all here to evolve into more conscious, responsible individuals. Mental health issues arise when we are out of alignment with what is happening within and around us. As we embrace and adjust to our life situations--working through our disappointments and broken expectations--our equilibrium is restored. We feel stronger and more capab

le to accept what is in front of us to do, with new joy and understanding. Blending psychology with spirituality, I* offer tools for self-discovery, forgiveness, meditation, healthy transitions, healed relationships and positive parenting. You will learn how to uncover hidden strengths and be on track with your life purpose.

I am safe.

There are so many messages—from our own minds and from the world around us—that can pull us into fear, worry, and what if?

This week in Monday Morning Meditation, we practiced coming back to what's true right here, right now. Through a gentle body scan, breath, and awareness, we gave the nervous system permission to put its protective job aside for a little while and simply rest.

We don't have to stop the busy mind. We can notice when we've gotten caught up in it and gently return to the present.

That's how we build the muscle of presence. ❤️

“Don't solve the problem—dissolve the problem.”

I heard this phrase recently, and it became the inspiration for this week's Monday Morning Meditation.

(To give credit where credit is due, you can watch the Facebook Reel my friend sent to me here: https://www.facebook.com/reel/998477766560023)

We don't have to use our meditation time to figure everything out. Instead, we can let the problems come into our awareness and practice releasing them—returning to our breath, our center, and the quiet within.

Sometimes the answer doesn't come from thinking harder. Sometimes we need to become quiet enough to hear it. ❤️

I hope you'll join me for this week's meditation.

Monday Morning Meditation: Perfectly in Process

How do you speak to yourself when you make a mistake or don't quite live up to your own expectations?

This week in Monday Morning Meditation, we explored the practice of positive self-regard and what changes when we replace criticism with encouragement and compassion.

One of the ideas we practiced was recognizing that we don't have to be perfect—we are perfectly in process. We're learning, growing, making mistakes, and discovering how to do things differently.

During our meditation, we breathed in gentleness, compassion, and love while practicing letting go of old judgments about ourselves.

As you move through your week, notice how you speak to yourself. When criticism arises, see if you can meet it with the same patience and encouragement you might offer someone you love.

Self-compassion grows with practice. ❤️

Sometimes change begins before we know exactly how we're going to change.

This week in Monday Morning Meditation, we explored willingness—the willingness to recognize thought patterns that no longer serve us and stop giving them so much power.

We don't have to fight the critical, fearful, or demanding voices within us. We can notice them, forgive ourselves for the habits we've developed, and choose not to keep reinforcing them.

Sometimes the first step is simply:

I'm willing.

And if we're not quite there yet?

I'm willing to be willing.
