Meet Katie Rego: Connecting Hearts, Families & Our Community
If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Katie Rego, you already know there’s something special about her. As our Admissions Director, Katie brings energy, compassion, warmth, and an incredible ability to connect with people to everything she does.
Since joining the RegalCare family in September 2022, Katie has made a lasting impression on our residents, families, and team members. She approaches every interaction with genuine care and treats our residents with the respect, dignity, and kindness they deserve. And the feeling is mutual. Our residents know Katie, appreciate Katie, and truly enjoy seeing her. Her welcoming personality and caring heart have made her a trusted and valued part of our community.
Katie has a gift for making people feel comfortable. She can walk into a room and strike up a conversation with practically anyone. Whether she’s welcoming a new family, connecting with a resident, or supporting a coworker, Katie has a way of making people feel seen, heard, and welcome.
She is truly our social butterfly, and that ability to build relationships is one of the many qualities that makes Katie such an important part of the RegalCare team.
Away from RegalCare, Katie is a proud mom of three boys and a passionate soccer fan. You’ll often find her cheering from the sidelines and supporting her boys every step of the way.
When she gets some well-deserved time for herself, Katie enjoys camping, fishing, and crafting. Her love for family, the outdoors, and creativity gives us another glimpse into the vibrant personality she brings to work every day.
