Today we were blessed with the opportunity to serve our community at the Apache Way Farm Rescue in Dighton, Massachusetts. This is one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do this work. 💛

A heartfelt thank you to Sarah and Scott, who so generously opened their doors for our residents and staff come volunteer with the animals.

Community engagement is such an important part of our program, giving our residents the chance to give back while they're working through recovery means more than words can say.

Today they got to serve, work hands-on with the animals, and just spend time pouring into something outside of themselves. There's something so healing about that kind of connection.

We topped it all off with ice-cold Dunkin' for everyone, because sometimes it really is the little things that make the biggest difference!

This is what loving our residents back to life looks like. 🐾💕

✨THIS ONE IS VERY SPECIAL TO ME✨

For more than three decades, I have had the privilege of walking alongside women whose lives have been devastated by addiction — and I have also had a front-row seat to what God can do with a life that once looked hopeless.

On November 7, 2026, we are bringing our Adult & Teen Challenge Northeast Women’s Homes together for our MORE THAN ABLE GALA — An Evening of Hope & Freedom.

I am SO excited to share that our keynote speaker will be Beverly Vance Aiken, mother of U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance.

Many know pieces of Beverly’s story through Hillbilly Elegy. But this night isn’t about a movie or a famous name.

It’s about recovery.
It’s about redemption.
It’s about women getting their lives back.

And it’s about what can happen when people come TOGETHER and decide their lives are worth investing in.
That’s exactly what we’re going to do.

My prayer is to fill this room with people who want to be part of transforming women’s lives through Jesus.

✨ Three Lives✨One Faithful God

Tonight at 5:00 PM, we celebrate three women whose stories remind us that Jesus is still transforming lives.

Congratulations to Madison from our Adult & Teen Challenge New Jersey Women’s Home, and Kerry and Daijia from our Adult & Teen Challenge Southern New England Women’s Home on your graduation!

Graduation is more than receiving a certificate. It’s a testimony of surrender, perseverance, healing, and the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.

I’m especially excited for what comes next.
💙Madison and Kerry are stepping into the next chapter as apprentices, continuing to grow in their faith while preparing to serve and invest in the lives of other women walking the same road they once traveled.

💙Daijia is beginning a beautiful new season as she works and lives closer to her daughter—a reminder that God doesn’t just restore individuals… He restores families.

What a privilege it has been to watch each of these women trust God one day at a time. The road hasn’t been easy, but His grace has been faithful every step of the way.

Please join me in congratulating these incredible women and praying for them as they begin this next chapter. We know that the God who began this good work in them will be faithful to complete it.

We had the privilege of having Pastor Tony Palow minister to all four of our Northeast Women's Homes. Pastor Tony brings a unique gift of teaching and coaching to the table, bringing invaluable lessons for all.

This weeks lesson was right on point! looking at Jesus as the “scapegoat” based out of Leviticus 16:20–22 - When Aaron has finished making atonement for the Most Holy Place, the tent of meeting and the altar, he will bring forward the live goat. He is to lay both hands on the head of the live goat and confess over it all the wickedness and rebellion of the Israelites—all their sins—and put them on the goat’s head. He will send the goat away into the wilderness in the care of someone appointed for the task. The goat will carry on itself all their sins to a remote place; and the man will release it in the wilderness.

God was teaching his people that Guilt needed to be transferred. There was no need for the people carry their guilt. Symbolically, the priest placed their sins upon the goat and released the scapegoat to die in the wilderness.
God never intended for His people to live under the weight of guilt. He provided a way to remove the guilt. The scapegoat carried away what they could not carry. It was representing the removal or sending away of sin. The picture is: You acknowledged your sin, You confessed your sin, Your Sin was removed.

Psalm 103:12 - As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
If you’re dealing with guilt Jesus is our scapegoat.

Psalm 32:3–5 - When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. For day and night Your hand was heavy on me; my strength was sapped as in the heat of summer. Then I acknowledged my sin to You and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, ‘I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,’ and You forgave the guilt of my sin.
WOW - He said you forgave the guilt of my sin.

No sense in having your “domes waste away” (essentially his soul was heavy and burdened by his guilt). It’s time to acknowledge Jesus as Lord & Savior.

💛A Special Thank You to Our Amazing Volunteer Bernadette💛

Some people give their time. Others give their whole heart. Bernadette is the second kind.

Twice a week, without fail, she shows up for our residents, helping in the kitchen, sharing laughter over meal prep, and making sure everyone feels cared for. But yesterday, she went above and beyond, taking the time to give our residents manicures and pamper them with a little extra love. The smiles on their faces said it all. 💅✨

Volunteers like Bernadette remind us what true love and generosity looks like. She doesn't just help with tasks, she brings warmth, dignity, and joy into our residents' day, every single time she walks through the door.People like her are rare, and we know how lucky we are to have her.

Bernadette, thank you for everything you do. Our residents and our whole team — appreciate you more than words can say. 💛

We are a little over 8 short weeks away from our 9th Annual 5K Memorial Walk — September 19th 💙

Will you join us in remembering friends, family, and loved ones, while also standing with those who are courageously walking the road to recovery? We need your help to make this memorial event the best it can be!

Nine years ago, we came together for the first time to walk in honor of the people we've loved and lost to addiction. This year, we're asking you to walk with us again — because grief doesn't have an expiration date, and neither does hope.

This walk is for the sons and daughters, the parents and siblings, the best friends and quiet heroes who lost their battle with addiction. We carry their names, their smiles, and their stories with every step.

But this walk is also for the ones still fighting — for those bravely showing up to recovery meetings, choosing one more day sober, rebuilding relationships, and refusing to give up. We walk beside you too — not behind you, not ahead of you, but with you.

Every step you take also helps someone else take their next step toward freedom.

Proceeds from this walk directly support the women of the Adult & Teen Challenge Southern New England Women's Home — women who have courageously walked through our doors seeking freedom from the bonds of addiction. Right now, they are doing the hard, beautiful work of healing: rebuilding their faith, their families, and their futures.

They are proof that recovery is possible, that restoration is real, and that no one is beyond hope. When you register or donate, you become part of their story too.

Whether you've lost someone, you're in recovery yourself, you love someone who is, or you simply believe that no one should face this alone — there's a place for you at this walk.

Come as you are. Bring a photo. Wear their favorite color. Cry if you need to. Laugh with old friends. Meet new ones who understand.

What a beautiful day yesterday! 💛

We want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to Pastor Dave & Helen, Karin Potter, and the entire Dighton Community Church family for inviting the ladies of our Adult & Teen Challenge women's home to service. The love and genuine care you showed us was felt by every single one of us.

A special thank you to Cynthia Price for opening up her cottage and hosting us after service — what a treat!

One of our newest residents, only 5 days into her journey with us, looked at us with pure joy in her eyes and said it was "This is the best day ever." Moments like that remind us why community matters so much in this process of healing and restoration.

To everyone who welcomed us with open arms — thank you. We are truly grateful for all the love you poured out on us. 🙏💛

✨ Faithful God ✨

I am in complete awe of the miraculous, transforming power of God — and every miracle He has poured out over these past four years. 🔥🔥🔥

Four years ago today, we dedicated our beautiful Adult & Teen Challenge Southern New England Women's Home.

After many years of prayer, and 28 years serving the city of Providence, God has given us more than we could ever ask, think, or imagine. This home and these grounds have become a place of relationship with God — where abundant, unconditional love, hope, healing, deliverance, restoration, and transformation are poured into the lives of our women, our future women, and their families.

To every hand that helped build this, every heart that prayed it into being, and every life that has walked through these doors — thank you for being part of what God is doing here.

We can't wait to see what He does next. 🙌

💛We want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to Christy and her husband Jamie for opening up their home to the Adult & Teen Challenge Southern New England Women’s for a day of fellowship and swimming.

Christy is the sister of one of our residents here at the program, and her love for her sister overflowed into love for every single woman in our house. For many of our residents, it was a day of learning what it looks like to have fun, to celebrate, to just be — sober and clean. No pretending, no substances, just pure joy. And that kind of joy is something some of these women haven’t experienced in years.

Moments like this remind us that healing doesn’t only happen in group sessions and Bible studies, it happens around a pool, over laughter, in a backyard filled with grace and hospitality. Thank you, Christy and Jamie, for reminding our women that life in recovery can be full of gladness, and for showing what it looks like to love someone’s recovery journey by loving her whole community.

We are beyond grateful for your generosity, your open home, and your open hearts. You blessed every single woman who walked through your door 🙏💕
