Started the day with an awesome CPR & First Aid class!

This family (kids included!) made it a priority to learn together—watching the training videos at home and then hosting me for a hands-on skills session this morning.

And the kids absolutely crushed it 👏

Did you know this is TRUE?! Women have a much lower rate of survival when CPR is needed in the community!

🚑💔 Ladies, apparently your b***s are a barrier to CPR. Literally.

New research shows women are less likely to receive CPR in public because some folks are worried about touching breasts during chest compressions. 😳

A third of men said they fear being accused of "inappropriate" touching during CPR. Meanwhile, the woman in cardiac arrest is lying there like, “Touch the b**b, Dave – I’m dying, not flirting.”

Thankfully, there's hope! The new Prestan Female CPR manikin is here to help change that. She’s b***y and educational – designed to improve confidence during CPR training and help close the gender survival gap. 👏

Because let’s face it, if it’s between awkward hands or an undertaker – we know which we’d prefer.

🫁 Compression > confusion. Let’s save lives, not dignity.

The high schoolers are taught to call 911 first, then start chest compressions – 100 to 120 per minute, similar to the beats per minute in the Bee Gees song ...
