Mayflower Hill Cemetery
Meet at small building by Flagpole off Broadway
Entrance
5-16-2026 (Saturday) Start at 0900
5-17-2026 (Sunday) Start at 0900
(Make up if necessary due to weather)

St. Joseph Cemetery
Meet at green building in center of Cemetery
5-18-26 (Monday) Start 1100
5-19-26 (Tuesday) Start 0900
5-20-26 (Wednesday) Start 0900
(Make up if necessary due to weather)

Maps, printouts and prods will be furnished to assist in flagging.

ANNOUNCMENT: Taunton Catholic Cemeteries will be closing all entrances to the cemetery Saturday evening 1/24/2026 until such time as the results of the impending storm can be cleared and the roads can be navigated safely.

The office will be closed Monday 1/26/2026 if the snow is significant.

In observance of Veteran's Day, all Diocesan Catholic Cemeteries' operations will be closed on Friday November 10th and Saturday November 11th. All cemeteries will be open for visitation regular hours. Have a happy and safe Veteran's Day weekend!

Looking for permanent laborers

Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., occasional Saturdays, NO HOLIDAYS

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License in good standing
Must pass a CORI check

Mechanical, maintenance and landscaping experience helpful

Apply in person @ 475 E Britannia St, Taunton Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

ANNUAL WINTER CLEAN-UP SCHEDULED

Please remove all loose and artificial decorations by April 1, 2023. All remaining loose or artificial decorations remaining after that date will be removed and disposed of so that the cemetery may return to its normal maintenance routine.

Easter Decorations have 1 week prior to the holiday (April 4) and one week after (April 16). Easter decorations remaining after April 16 will be removed and discarded without prejudice.
