With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of James V. “Jim” Martino, of West Scranton, who passed away suddenly on Saturday.

Jim will be remembered for his kindness, strong faith, sense of humor, and deep love for his family. A proud United States Air Force veteran and longtime hairstylist, he touched many lives throughout the community.

Family and friends may call Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Semian Funeral Home, Taylor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann’s Basilica, Scranton.

Charlotte J. Puckett Grzyboski, 68, of Moosic, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family.

A devoted wife, mother, and friend, Charlotte will be remembered for her kindness, warm smile, and the joy she brought to everyone she met—especially during her years at McDonald’s. Her faith, her love of family, and her simple joys in life made her truly special.

A proud U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a devoted father, Stephen will be remembered for his steady presence and the simple, meaningful moments he shared with those he loved.

With deep sorrow and heartfelt respect, we share the passing of Thongdy Sphabmixay, 77, of Old Forge, who departed this life peacefully on April 15, surrounded by his beloved family.

Born in Laos, Thongdy carried with him a life of resilience, humility, and devotion. A loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he found his greatest joy in caring for his family and honoring the simple blessings of everyday life. His quiet strength, kind spirit, and warm smile will be remembered always.

We are saddened to share the passing of Bradley W. Kreidler, 52, of Moscow, who passed away April 15 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family.

Brad will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and gentle spirit, as well as the deep love he had for his family, music, and the simple joys in life.
