Rhonda is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and offers both CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) for anxiety, depression, OCD, etc. She can also be reached at [email protected]!
