Cherri has joined our Tega Cay office as our new Patient Care Coordinator, and we're so happy to have her with us!
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Cherri has called North Carolina home for the past 26 years. Outside the office, she enjoys fishing, loves baseball, and stays active volunteering with her local Little League organization—something she's truly passionate about.
We're excited to have Cherri as part of our team and look forward to all the great things ahead. Be sure to say hello and help us give her a warm welcome!

Welcome back, Josh! We’re excited to have Josh back with the Palmetto Family Hearing Center team for another summer! As a Fort Mill native and Communication Sciences & Disorders student at Bob Jones University, he’s gaining hands-on experience while helping with projects and patients throughout the office.

Josh brings a positive attitude, fresh ideas, and a willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed, and we’re so glad to have him with us again. If you see Josh around either office this summer, be sure to say hello and help us give him a warm welcome!

🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Palmetto Family Hearing Center! 🎉

It’s hard to believe it’s been a decade since we first opened our doors with a passion to serve and a dream of owning and running a small business in our community. What a journey it’s been! From two office expansions to serving patients from every corner of York, Union, Lancaster, and Mecklenburg counties and beyond, we are overwhelmed with gratitude.

To our patients, our PFHC Family, just down the road and those who drive over an hour each way to see us, Thank You! Your trust, loyalty, and support have been the foundation of everything we do. It is our greatest blessing to serve you and your families through all the seasons of life.

We also want to recognize the amazing team members, past and present, who have helped shape PFHC into what it is today. You are truly the heart of this practice.

Here’s to the next decade of helping our communities hear life to the fullest.
