“I’M NOT OKAY” is out now on all streaming platforms! 🙏🏾 This is such a personal song to me. I wrote it by myself one afternoon, thinking about how tired I was of life always feeling so heavy. The lyrics are a reflection of my own journey with mental health — the every day struggle with depression, the guilt of struggling despite having so much, and the yearning to just feel like a normal person for once. I hope some of you guys can relate to this song and know that you’re not alone. ❤️

Thanks to jakey for producing and mixing this track. I sent it to him after I wrote it and asked if he’d wanna produce, and it was so dope how excited he was to do it! We decided to go for a more EDM sorta feel for this one, which I absolutely love - it really pulls out that feeling of having to put on the happy face even when you’re not okay on the inside. Jake you’re the best and I appreciate you bringing this song to life 🙏🏾 Jake also just released a new song so please go check him out as well!
