You never know whose life you’ll save — maybe someone you love.

This Friday is World Restart a Heart Day, a reminder that learning CPR can help turn an ordinary person into someone’s lifesaver.

If a teen or adult suddenly collapses, is unresponsive, and is not breathing normally:

📞 Call 911. Put your phone on speaker and follow the dispatcher’s instructions.

❤️ Push hard and fast. Place your hands in the center of the chest and begin chest compressions. Aim for 100–120 compressions per minute.

⚡ If an AED is available, have someone bring it and follow its voice prompts.

You don’t have to be a medical professional to make a difference. Learning CPR and AED skills helps you prepare to act when seconds matter.
