Hello everyone. Thank you for following me and supporting me for as long as you have. I will be focusing on the Integrative Wellness page and will eventually delete this page.

Before I do, I want to share that I will be offering mentorship opportunities for graduating massage students and current practicing therapists who may be interested in becoming more than a cookie-cutter provider. We learn so much in school: all the various modalities and techniques but we were not taught how to combine them in a session. What happens is we offer services based on modalities/techniques. Massage therapy has now been classified as "healthcare." More than ever, it's time we learn to be more. Constantly learning, even while waiting at the car service station for my car’s “wellness check.”

The emphasis on the autonomic nervous system: sympathetic (fight or flight mode) vs parasympathetic (rest and digest mode) has been eye opening, and makes absolute sense now. STRESS is the common denominator to all diseases. Something our bodies try to communicate with us through different means: bloating, fatigue, aches and pains, sleeplessness, etc, but we often shrug off. We, as a society, are in constant fight or flight mode due to our jobs, families, finances, to name a few. We don’t allow ourselves to rest and recover from the daily grind. Meanwhile, our organs slow down or stop producing hormones required to heal, focusing instead on hormones for survival. We turn to supplements, and the current trends in “health and wellness” like hormone therapy. We forget our bodies are equipped to heal itself… if we allow it to. Let’s try to listen to our bodies!

Participated in my first fair tonight hosted by Pechanga Rec Center, their first Inaugural Wellness Fair. I was honored to be invited by the a client who organized the event. Such an amazing experience as a vendor. Introduced and demoed the Move +Pro Wearable. Introduced the Neurostim but no demo. The best seller was the cupping, of course. Demoing and quick treatments. Nothing shows the efficacy of something than them actually experiencing the work, giving a taste of the different applications within a couple of minutes and being awed by the results! I absolutely love what I do!!!

Delving deep into the nervous system and pain. How stress is the biggest contributing factor to chronic pain and inflammation.
