Not all Doctors will recommend post-surgical lymphatic drainage massages, but it's crucial you ask your surgeon, is it something that I can do to benefit my recovery? Because guess what, when done correctly, the answer is YES!

And as always, it's important your licensed massage therapist is certified in manual lymphatic drainage & has knowledge of the different stages of recovery.

Beautiful results for this gorgeous doll after her Tummy Tuck & Liposuction procedures.

She's still experiencing quite a bit of inflammation as she's not even 4 weeks Post-Op but WOW what a transformation 😳🥰🙂‍↕️ as you can tell, her confidence has been boosted and it's only going to get better from here on out! ✨️ I'm so excited for her final results!

🎄December 1st is finally here!

My absolute favorite season of the year has arrived with the new month 🥰

You can find me enjoying the Christmas lights, some hot cocoa by the fireplace, we'll visit the snow and maybe even do some ice skating with the kids ⛸️ ☺️

📢 Hello Hello, I've got a special announcement 📢

It's that time of the year where a much needed break is taken, the phone gets turned off (somewhat 😏), the sun shines on my skin and I can relax 🥰

I will be off the road 12/30 until 1/11 & first appt is scheduled for 1/12.

January spots ARE filling up fast so if you are wanting to get on the schedule, my recommendation is to get booked with a deposit sooner than later.
