"I started doing yoga in 2006 with my friends since we moved to a new country & we had nothing to do. I continued to do it here & there throughout the years until I traveled to Bali & decided I wanted to restart my journey again. I retired from the military, lost my dad & had a very rough patch. I refused to fall into depression, so I used yoga as my floatie (to stay afloat & distracted). Then, after 4 months of fully committing to yoga, I joined YogaSix & it was the best decision ever. Every time I felt I couldn't do it anymore, the instructors, the front desk staff & other students helped me find happiness & calmness again."

Michelle, you are such a beloved member here. Thank you for sharing what brings you to your mat each day 🫶

Gabriela has officially made the jump from our 60 Class Warrior wall to 100! 🎉 We love watching those signatures move their way across the wall as our members keep growing their practice.

That’s a wrap on National Yoga Month! 💙

September gave us so much to celebrate! Our community wall filled up with your “whys,” intentions, words of wisdom, photos, and lots of love. Thank you to everyone who added a little piece of themselves to it and joined us for our 12 Class Challenge!

We celebrated birthdays and milestones🎉, took our practice outside for a beautiful sunset flow + sound bath and had the sweetest time with our littlest yogis at Mindful Minis 🥹🧘‍♀️

Managers Kristi + Andrea even took a little field trip to Wilson Creek Winery to check out the Temecula Half Marathon venue, where Y6 Temecula will be leading pre + post-race yoga November 8th! 🏃‍♀️🍷

And we’re not slowing down! Keep an eye out for all of our October special events, celebrations + a brand-new studio challenge 🎃
