The shortest day of the year also means the longest night. Use the extra darkness to reflect on your past year. Reflect & then let go. Then in the morning, when the sun comes up, rejoice & thank Mother Earth as she gives us a sign and reminder that in a few months Spring will be here and nature will wake up, refreshed and new. ๐๐ฑโจ๐ทโจ
