One of the most important parts of our Breathwork class… is that you’re learning a tool you can actually take with you into everyday life.
This isn’t just about coming in for one experience and leaving it here.
It’s about understanding how your breath affects your nervous system, your stress levels, your emotions, and your body… and learning how to work with it intentionally.
In class, you’ll learn breathing techniques, why they work, and how you can practice them on your own when life feels overwhelming, overstimulating, or heavy.
Because your breath is always with you.
And once you learn how to use it as a tool… it can support you far beyond the walls of the studio 🌳
