My favorite scene. If you have to move a breast and wanna do it safely while being considerate. The best way that I have found is to use the back of your hand or the back of your forearm to lift a breast out of the way to place pads appropriately.

Choose your training option:
✅ $425 — BLS Instructor Course for candidates with a current AHA BLS Provider certification.
✅ $475 — Instructor + BLS Provider Package for candidates who need to obtain or renew their BLS certification before instructor training.

Both options include the BLS Digital Instructor Manual, instructor development and coaching, and guidance through the monitoring process.

Candidates must be at least 18 and complete all required prerequisites, online Instructor Essentials training, and a monitored teaching session to earn instructor credentials. Teaching equipment and additional course resources are separate.
