In this workshop, we will get a little nerdy and explore the brain – gut connection and how stress, movement, and daily habits influence digestion. You’ll learn simple, practical tools to help calm your system and support your gut from the inside out.

How stress impacts digestion
Gentle yoga poses to support gut motility
Vagus nerve techniques to activate the “rest and digest” state
