A shout out to our fabulous Down Syndrome Network of Arizona Volunteers!!!

DSNetwork simply wouldn’t be possible without volunteerism. There’s something about showing up, pitching in, and being of service that is contagious.

And today, we are especially thankful for our board members and volunteers who did exactly that. On a hot Friday afternoon, they showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and helped cover the gym floor with carpet tiles in preparation for our 3-2-1 Knockout event tomorrow.

Come join us Saturday at Ability360. Everyone is welcome. If you’re not participating as an athlete, there’s no need to sign up. Just come and be part of the fun.

Games, raffles, 3-2-1 Knockout, and a whole lot of community—all inside the cool Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center gym.

Congratulations to our 321 Knockout Ambassador - Zach!

Zach has been participating in boxing for three years with our Down to Box Program, and it has become something he truly looks forward to each week. He loves the workouts and seeing his friends, especially getting a good workout that helps him stay healthy. Being part of the Down to Box community means a lot to him.

Regular weekly workouts help him stay active, and his favorite workouts are the ones he does with his best friend Alex. DTB is important to Zach because he gets to work out with Alex and be part of a fun, supportive community where everyone encourages each other. He thinks anyone thinking about joining should do it because it’s a lot of fun and a really good community. You can be a part of the boxing fitness community this Saturday the 8th at our 321 Knockout Community Fitness Challenge Event at Ability360. It's open to all abilities and all fitness levels. Congratulations to our 321 Knockout Ambassador - Nathan!

Nathan enjoys everyone who participates in Down to Box with him, he likes having muscles, and feels proud of how strong DTB has helped him become. He looks forward to every week so he can get fit, become stronger, and eat more. The workouts are easy for him to follow, and he likes that he can work at his own pace while still getting a great workout.

Boxing and the Down to Box program is important to Nathan because he enjoys individual-style sports and the fun activities the coaches provide. He thinks anyone thinking about joining should just try it because it's so much fun and everyone will help you get through your workout!
