Thank you to all our patients that have been along for the ride on this roller coaster of incorporating a new software system. Things never go as smoothly as we hope it will, but you are all rolling with the hiccups right along with us!!

If you are a current or past patient of ours and have an email from a company called Jane, that's us! We appreciate you taking 5-10 minutes to update your (and any family members) information in our new system. This will help to make this process as smooth as possible!!! We cannot send you text message reminders for appointments until you opt back in. You will be able to update your credit card on file as well to ensure quick checkouts!

As always, we are blessed to be your family's chiropractic office and hope you will enjoy our updated and more streamlined scheduling system!

When we preach a family oriented office, we mean it! Not only do we welcome our patients and allow their kiddos to ravage our office (just an observation lol), we also encourage our staff to bring their babies to work. I (Dr. B here!) built a practice that I knew would allow me to bring my kids to work with me once that time came for me. Having my boys at work with me was such a blessing, and encouraging my staff and my awesome business partners to bring their kids to work is all I ever wanted.

Never a dull moment in our office, and I wouldn't have it any other way 🥰

Melody Blackwell, an employee at Maryland Farms Chiropractic, was photographed by her boss, Dr. Elizabeth Baker, while she was processing insurance bills with one hand, holding the phone with her shoulder, and rocking her baby with the other arm. After three months of leave, Melody returned to the working world under a flexible arrangement that allows her to breastfeed and work simultaneously, showing that productivity does not conflict with maternal instinct. Melody’s boss posted the photo to inspire other companies to be more empathetic. This initiative suggests that allowing babies to come to the office not only reduces the financial stress of childcare, but also humanizes the work environment.
