The Immigration Doctor

The Immigration Doctor Dr. Danielle Wainwright founded The Immigration Doctor. Growing up, the idea of moving to the U.S. citizen.

she's a Haitian immigrant who works with individuals seeking to reunite with their family through family-based petitions without paying attorney fees, or the fear of living without their loved ones. My journey began in the vibrant communities of Haiti, where dreams of the United States were cherished by every child. was a cherished wish, a beacon of hope nurtured in the hearts of many. When my bro

ther gave me the chance to make that dream a reality, the plane ticket I held in my hands symbolized more than just a journeyβ€”it was the gateway to a new world, a land filled with endless possibilities. Years have passed since that pivotal moment, but the essence of those dreams remains unchanged. Today, children continue to dream, and immigrants from around the world still yearn for the opportunities and freedom that the United States represents. I remain deeply committed to ensuring that they experience the same sense of hope and possibility that she felt upon becoming a U.S. Throughout the years, I've helped many family members and friends navigate the immigration waters and adjust their status. I've always had a heart for helping others through my various business endeavors. My modest beginnings have grounded me, filling my professional journey with empathy and a deep understanding of the immigrant experience. I'm happy to share my story of not just personal achievement but also of hope and inspiration for countless others striving to find their place in a new world. Through my work, I honor my past while helping others forge a path toward their own dreams, embodying the enduring spirit of resilience and ambition.

BREAKING IMMIGRATION UPDATE: Haitian TPS Protections End
As of today, July 27, 2026, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) protections for approximately 350,000 Haitian nationals have officially expired following a series of court rulings that culminated in a U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing the Trump administration to move forward with terminating Haiti’s TPS designation.
What this means:
β€’ TPS-based protection from removal has ended for many Haitian beneficiaries.
β€’ TPS-based Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) are no longer automatically extended under the court orders that expired today.
β€’ Individuals who do not have another lawful immigration status or pending immigration benefit may now face increased immigration enforcement risks.
Potential impact:
This decision affects not only Haitian families but also U.S. employers in industries such as:
πŸ₯ Healthcare
🏨 Hospitality
🚜 Agriculture
πŸ—οΈ Construction
Many employers are preparing for workforce disruptions as thousands of employees lose work authorization.
⚠️ If you or someone you know was relying on Haitian TPS, do not assume there are no options. Depending on your circumstances, you may qualify for another form of immigration relief, such as family-based immigration, asylum, VAWA, U visas, employment-based options, or other forms of protection. Every case is different.
Seek qualified legal advice before making any decisions or leaving the United States.
