Our first week of PreK was all about big feelings + building our classroom family 🥹🫶🏼🌈

Our PreK 3 & PreK 4 friends practiced identifying and talking about their emotions, learning that every feeling is okay and that our classroom is a safe place to share them. 💛

After reading Our Class Is a Family, we made friendship bracelets as a sweet reminder that even though we are all different, we belong, we take care of one another, and we’re a family here. 🫶🏼✨

Sponge Sailboats – Creative Crafting Fun! ⛵🌊
Turn a sponge into a sailboat and a bin of water into an ocean. This month’s Smarter Child Magazine shows kids how to build their own mini sailboat using a sponge, construction paper, and a wooden skewer.
