🇺🇸 **A Historic Milestone for Veterans in Central Texas!**

October 8, 2026, marked an exciting new chapter for Veteran health care as the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System celebrated the groundbreaking of the new **Copperas Cove VA Outpatient Clinic!**

This $160 million investment represents a significant commitment to expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive health care for the Veterans who have proudly served our nation.

The new facility will provide more than **256,000 net square feet of modern health care space**, bringing a wide range of services closer to home for Veterans in Copperas Cove and surrounding communities.

Once completed, the clinic is planned to offer primary care, women's health, mental health, dental care, cardiology, imaging, prosthetics, and numerous other specialty services. With construction completion anticipated in winter 2029, this facility will play an important role in strengthening Veteran health care throughout Central Texas.

We were honored to welcome Veterans, military representatives, VA leadership, local officials, community partners, and special guests who joined us to celebrate this important occasion.
