When motivation is low, stop focusing on an hour-long workout, a perfect meal plan, or losing 50 pounds.

Instead, focus on the next 10 minutes.

🚶 Walk for 10 minutes.
💪 Exercise for 10 minutes.
🥗 Make one healthy choice.

You’ll be surprised how often those 10 minutes turn into more!
