Offering infrared heated and non heated classes including power, vinyasa, slow flow, yin, pilates, yoga sculpt, and more. We are located in the back northwest corner of Gallery Square North (across the street from Perk) on Tequesta Drive. Our entrance is located in the back corner, through the "Courtyard."

Hi friends! 👋🏼

I’ve created a 200hr Power Vinyasa Teacher Training, hosted at Yoga Studio | Jupiter + Tequesta FL | Power Yoga | Yoga Training 🧘‍♀️✨🤍

6 months. Starting the first weekend of November. Once a year.

This is for people who want to teach. You’ll practice teach every time we meet, learn real anatomy and form, philosophy, breathwork, and how to actually lead a room. You don’t have to be a teacher already or be able to touch your toes. You just have to be serious about learning and practicing.

Power Vinyasa focus. Functional form, taught for real bodies. Free studio access the whole 6 months.

Payment plans available, and early bird pricing is live through September 15. It’s application based and spots are limited.
