Create post about subluxation and it's detrimental health effects as well as chiropractic as the solution

Here’s a version I’d use. I’ve kept the chiropractic “subluxation” theme, while wording the broader health claims carefully because research supports neurophysiological effects of spinal manipulation, but does not establish vertebral subluxation as a cause of systemic disease.

🔓 SUBLUXATION: WHEN YOUR SPINE ISN’T FUNCTIONING AT ITS BEST
Your spine does much more than provide structure and movement. It has an intimate relationship with your nervous system—the communication network connecting your brain and body.

In chiropractic, the term vertebral subluxation is used to describe altered spinal joint function that may affect normal movement and neurological input.

When spinal joints aren't moving or functioning properly, it can contribute to:

⚡ Altered sensory information entering the nervous system
⚡ Changes in muscle activation and motor control
⚡ Reduced mobility and joint function
⚡ Pain, stiffness and muscle tension
⚡ Changes in how your nervous system processes information

Research has found that spinal manipulation can produce measurable neurophysiological effects, including changes involving sensory processing, motor control and autonomic nervous-system activity.

👐 CHIROPRACTIC: ADDRESS THE FUNCTION, NOT JUST THE SYMPTOM
A chiropractic adjustment is designed to restore appropriate movement to spinal joints and influence the neurological information coming from the spine.

Instead of simply waiting until something hurts, chiropractic care focuses on helping your spine, joints, muscles and nervous system work together effectively.

A healthier-functioning spine can mean better movement, better coordination and less interference with normal neuromusculoskeletal function.

🧠 YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM CONTROLS YOUR BODY.
🦴 YOUR SPINE PROTECTS AND INTERACTS WITH YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
👐 TAKE CARE OF YOUR SPINE. GET CHIROPRACTIC.

Research continues into whether chiropractic adjustments have broader effects beyond the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Some literature proposes plausible neuroendocrine and immune pathways, but these broader health effects are not yet established clinical outcomes, so I wouldn't advertise subluxations as proven causes of organ dysfunction or disease.

🧠 **YOUR SPINE IS MORE THAN JUST BONES — IT’S CONNECTED TO YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM!**

Your nervous system is the communication network that helps coordinate virtually every function in your body. Your brain, spinal cord, and nerves continually communicate with your muscles, tissues, and organs.

That’s one reason chiropractic care is about more than simply asking, **“Where does it hurt?”**

Research shows that spinal manipulation can produce measurable **neurophysiological changes**, including changes involving sensory processing, motor control, reflex activity, and communication between the spine and central nervous system.

When spinal joints aren’t moving and functioning normally, the sensory information being sent into the nervous system can change. Chiropractic adjustments are designed to restore appropriate joint motion and influence this sensory input — helping the neuromusculoskeletal system function as effectively as possible.

🔬 **What does the research show?**

Research has demonstrated that spinal manipulation can:

✓ Affect sensory input from tissues surrounding the spine
✓ Influence spinal reflexes and motor-neuron activity
✓ Produce changes in sensorimotor integration
✓ Produce measurable changes in cortical activity and connectivity
✓ Influence pain-processing mechanisms

The nervous system also participates in regulating tissues and organs throughout the body. However, while researchers have investigated whether spinal manipulation influences the **autonomic nervous system**, the evidence is mixed, and it has **not been established that chiropractic adjustments improve organ function or treat systemic disease**.

That distinction is important.

Chiropractic care isn't simply about chasing symptoms. It’s about helping your **spine and nervous system function well together** so your body has the best opportunity to move, adapt, and perform at its best.

🧠 **Better spinal function. Better communication. Better movement.**

Today was the official last day of seeing patients at the 4th street location. We had a great run at this location. We did about 200k adjustments at this location. Dr Ethan and Dr Jon couldn't have done it without some wonderful assistants, including our current rock star assistants Rachel, Amanda, and Amber! Thank you to Emily, Brittany, Mandy, Kayleigh, Savannah and Dylaney for also being great people that were instrumental during their duration.
