Did you know that in Indiana, a parent or guardian cannot decide that someone is not allowed to vote. And needing help to vote does not mean giving up that right.

Voters with disabilities can ask for assistance from someone they trust, including a guardian, family member, friend, case manager or poll worker. There are some rules about who can provide that assistance, so it’s worth learning about your options before Election Day.
