Harsha Autism Center

Harsha Autism Center We provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children ages 2-22. Harsha Autism Center is a full-service therapeutic center for individuals with autism.

All of our services and techniques are presented under the umbrella of applied behavior analysis (ABA). We feature a flexible design that enables us to structure the facility to meet the needs of each child, rather than expecting the child to conform to our structure. We are currently accepting new clients.

Cheers to Katie for being our Harsha Hero for the Month of May!

Katie is an absolute rockstar! She has shown incredible patience, consistency, and dedication while supporting her client through a challenging adjustment period. Katie consistently shares her expertise with others and helps create a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Whether she’s floating between clients, supporting classroom group activities, or providing valuable insights on programming, Katie always jumps in with a go get ‘em attitude and a willingness to help. Her attention to detail and commitment to our clients make her such adored member of our team.

We are so grateful to have Katie on our team and are excited to celebrate all of her hard work this month. Congratulations, Katie! 👏💜

This week for community helpers we are talking about Bakers/Chefs! 👩🏼‍🍳🧁🍪

We want to give a HUGE thank you to Cassandra, her daughter and Molly from Rose Hulman’s Dining Services who took time out of their day today to come teach us about all their cool baking tools and what they do! Cassandra holds a special place in our hearts and has always been so supportive of our center so we were so happy to see her today! 🫶🏻

They were even so sweet and brought us some cupcakes, cookies and brownies to decorate with the kiddos! It was such a pleasure having you all and we can’t wait to see who comes next! 👀💙

A huge shoutout to Erika for being our Harsha Hero for the month of April! Erika has gone above and beyond in so many ways this month, and we are incredibly thankful for everything she brings to our team each day.

Erika has maintained perfect attendance since the start of the year and consistently shows dedication, reliability, and a positive attitude. She has done an incredible job supporting multiple clients across settings, helping them make meaningful progress while always providing compassionate and individualized care. Erika has remained flexible and positive through team changes, stepped in wherever support was needed, and continuously demonstrated patience, teamwork, and professionalism.

Her ability to build strong relationships with clients and support them through challenging moments has not gone unnoticed. Erika’s hard work, positivity, and commitment to our clients and staff make a lasting impact every single day, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team! 💙

This week we kicked off our Summer of Community Helpers, and today we were so excited to welcome Kaytlyn the hairstylist! 💇✨

Kaytlyn did a phenomenal job offering haircuts to our clients while meeting each child at the level of support they needed. She showed so much patience, kindness, and flexibility, helping create positive and comfortable experiences for everyone involved.

If you’re looking for someone who truly exudes patience and compassion, she’s your girl! 💙✂️

Today we are shouting from the rooftops with pride for our Clinical Director, Hannah… because SHE JUST EARNED HER DOCTORATE!!! 🎓✨

What an incredible accomplishment! We truly cannot put into words how proud we are of her and all of the hard work, dedication, and heart she pours into everything she does. Hannah’s drive and passion for her team and clients are unmatched.

What makes this even more amazing? You would never have guessed she was balancing something this huge behind the scenes because she never let anything slip. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to our center never wavered.

She is the definition of a true leader and, without a doubt, our very own SUPERHERO. 💙
