I know there have been some misunderstandings and rumors, and I want people to know that being rude is not who I am.
I firmly believe that you can't fix what you don't know is broken, and that's how I've always approached both business and personal relationships.
When I ask questions about a complaint, I'm not being argumentativeβI'm trying to understand the issue so I can fix it. My goal is for every guest to enjoy their visit, create lasting memories, and feel they got their money's worth.
A few months ago, customers expressed concerns about our pizza. After looking into the feedback, we made changes and fixed the problem. That's exactly why honest feedback is so important.
As for the recent comments about our kitchen, the photos posted show what it looks like about 95% of the time. During busy rushes, when multiple pizzas are being made at once, things can get hectic, but cleanliness and food safety are always a priority. I'm also proud to share that we successfully passed our yearly inspection.
I care, I listen, and I'm always willing to improve. I know Jeremy (Owner) and our staff feel the same way. If you ever have a concern, please talk to us directly and give us the opportunity to make it right.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and help us grow.
If you actually made it to the end of this, I'm both sorry for the length and grateful for your time.
