Following Governor Holcomb’s announcement last week of a mask mandate, we will require our clients to wear a mask during our sessions. If you feel uncomfortable wearing a mask, we continue to offer Telehealth services. Thank you for your patience during this challenging time.

Good Afternoon!
We are working on re-opening and rescheduling our appointments. Please note below are some changes we have made for everyone’s health and safety.

* Our waiting area will be temporarily closed at this time. When you arrive for your appointment please stay in your vehicle and we will notify you when it is time to come in for the appointment.

* Only the person scheduled for the appointment will need to come into the office.

* If you or a family member has been ill in the last 2 weeks, please reschedule your appointment. We will also reschedule any appointments if we or our family has been ill.

* We have placed sanitizer in our offices and will be sanitizing our offices after each appointment.

* We have set our offices to be in accordance with social distancing guidelines, however if you would like to wear a mask for your appointment, we understand and want you to be comfortable.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition back to the office and our desire to keep everyone safe and healthy in the process.

In the ever changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our priority to keep those we serve, their families, and our community safe we will temporarily be closing our office to slow the spread of the coronavirus. We will be monitoring the situation closely and will call our clients to reschedule appointments when it is safe to reopen.
We will be working on being able to provide teleservices to the clients that meet criteria and are interested.
We will be checking our voicemail and email daily. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We are in this together.

In responding to the current health crisis, we will remain open as long as it is safe to do so. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updated information on our page.

We are behind Supreme Heating and Cooling, at the corner of 13th and Margaret. All appointments for this week will be at new location.
