Disability Pride Month celebrates the history, achievements, experiences, and diversity of people with disabilities.

First recognized in July 2015 during the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the month serves as a reminder of the importance of inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunity for all.

Nearly 1 in 4 U.S. adults lives with a disability. This month is an opportunity to recognize contributions, raise awareness, and continue working toward communities where everyone can thrive.
