A few good reminders:
✅ Always wash your hands before handling lenses
✅ Replace your case regularly, it matters more than you think
✅ Never sleep in your lenses unless specifically prescribed for overnight wear
✅ If your eyes feel dry, irritated, or uncomfortable, it's worth getting checked out
