🤩Congratulations to our Employee of the Month and Rising Star! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Caress Cross, Med Aide, on being named Employee of the Month! Caress goes above and beyond every day. Not only does she provide excellent care as a Med Aide, but she also steps in to help as a CNA on the floor whenever needed and even assists by driving our facility van. Her willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed, along with her compassion, dependability, and dedication to our residents, truly sets her apart. We are so grateful to have her on our team!

Congratulations as well to Manisha Patel, Housekeeper, for being named our Rising Star! Manisha’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming do not go unnoticed. She is a valued member of our team, and we appreciate the care and pride she puts into her work each day.

Happy Independence Day from all of us at The Springs of Arkansas!

We celebrate the freedom and spirit that make our nation so special. For our residents, families, and dedicated team, this July 4th is especially meaningful — a time to honor our country’s history while cherishing the sense of community, care, and hope we share every day here at our nursing home and rehabilitation center.
Thank you to all who serve and protect our freedoms. Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and memorable Independence Day filled with fireworks, laughter, and gratitude.
