We had an absolute blast participating in Summer Ball at the Mall! ☀️🍋

It was such a joy connecting with our community, sharing smiles, handing out lemonade, and spending time with so many wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello. We loved being part of such a fun event!

A huge thank you to three of our incredible Concho Hearts Hospice CNAs for helping OTHER CNAS feel the love for CNA week! 🌭💙

They generously volunteered their time to serve Reunion Plaza CNAs hot dogs with all the fixings, simply to show their appreciation for the collaboration, hard work, dedication, and compassionate hearts their team brings every day.

Thank you to our CNAs for always being willing to jump in and help with the big things, the small things, and everything in between. Your kindness, teamwork, and support mean more than you know, and we're grateful for the amazing teamwork at Concho!

What an incredible honor today was.

This morning began with pulling into the parking lot and seeing our new sign finally installed ; something we have worked on for the last month.

To see it completed on the very day of our Concho Hearts Hospice Memorial Service felt especially meaningful, almost like a quiet reminder of the heart behind everything we do, and how God is directing even the smallest details.

Then came the true privilege of the day: gathering together to honor and remember the precious lives entrusted to our care. Being able to stand alongside the families we have had the honor of serving is something that never loses its significance. The prayers shared, the kind words spoken, the fellowship, the laughter mixed with tears, and the memories lovingly told created such a beautiful and sacred atmosphere.

Hospice is so much more than a service, it is walking beside people during some of life’s most tender moments. Today was a reminder of how deeply connected those moments leave us all.

We are incredibly thankful to every family who allowed us to care for their loved ones and to everyone who helped make today so special. The love and healing in that room was something truly unforgettable.

A huge thank you to Crème & Crumble for the beautiful and delicious treats for our Concho Hearts Hospice Memorial Service today. Everything was absolutely perfect and added such a special touch to a meaningful day for our families and staff.

Not only were the desserts beautiful, but they were a huge hit with everyone who attended! We are so thankful for your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
