Join us tomorrow for our Saturday Morning B.O.S.S. Lady Walk! We’re meeting at Summerhill Nutrition at 7:00am and walking approximately 3.4 miles to Spring Lake Park and back.

Come enjoy movement, fresh air, faith, fellowship, and encouragement with an amazing community of women. Remember, this is more than a walk; it’s connection, encouragement, accountability, and sisterhood!

👟💜 Tonight’s B.O.S.S. Lady Walk was a little different.

Tonight, I walked, thought, praised God for all He has done and is doing. I also prayed on behalf of my sisters.

With every step, pulling down strongholds, casting down imaginations, and coming against everything attempting to exalt itself against the knowledge of God or take authority over the minds of my sisters. Tonight was a night of lifting, interceding, and warring in prayer.

I often say, “I don’t just walk for me; I walk for others.” Tonight, that meant carrying my sisters in prayer and believing God for their strength, peace, freedom, healing, and victory.🙌
The “B” in B.O.S.S. stands for Builder; and builders build one another up. We encourage one another, strengthen one another, and cover one another in prayer.

Even if I never personally meet every woman connected to this network, I can still lift her name, her needs, and her life before God.

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.”
~2 Corinthians 10:4~

📖 Weekly Devotional: Preparing Your Heart for the Journey

"Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path."
~Psalm 119:105~

Before any great journey, there is preparation. Athletes train before a race. Travelers pack before a trip. Before we walk together as a community on August 29th, God is inviting us to prepare our hearts.

The psalmist tells us that God's Word is a lamp for our feet and a light on our path. Scripture doesn't always show us the entire road; but it gives us enough light for the next step.

This week, as the kickoff approaches, take time to quiet your heart. Open His Word. Listen for His voice. Preparation isn't about perfection. It's about positioning. Position yourself to receive what God has already prepared for you.

This morning, we got together, got moving, and knocked out 3.37 miles!🙌🏾

Nothing like starting the day with fresh air, movement, good conversation, and a few miles under our feet.
