This is probably one of the most vulnerable posts I’ve shared. 🤍
The woman on the left is me 12 years ago and 175+ pounds heavier.
I remember what it felt like to be uncomfortable in my own body. I remember avoiding pictures, worrying about what I was going to wear, feeling self-conscious walking into certain places, and wondering if people were judging me because of my weight.
And I remember how overwhelming it felt to know I wanted to change—but not always knowing how to get there.
My journey didn’t happen overnight. There wasn’t one magic thing that changed my life.
It was one day at a time.
Learning how to eat differently.
Learning how to move my body.
Learning to be consistent even when I wasn’t motivated.
Learning that strength was something I could build—physically AND mentally.
And somewhere along the way, working out stopped being something I had to do and became something I genuinely love. ❤️
Today, being strong and taking care of my body is a huge part of who I am. But I will never forget the woman in that first picture.
And that’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping other women.
If you’ve been nervous to come see me because of your weight, please don’t be.
**I have been there! **
You will never be embarrassed, shamed, lectured, or made to feel like you’re “just a number” in my office. I understand that weight is complicated. I understand that sometimes you can be trying incredibly hard and still need help.
Whether you’re ready to lose 10 pounds or 100, start exercising for the first time, improve your health, or simply start feeling like yourself again—I will meet you exactly where you are.
I don’t expect perfection.
I just want to help you take the next step. 💗
That woman on the left could never have imagined the life, strength, confidence, and health I have today.
If she could do it, so can you.
And if you need someone in your corner while you do it, I’d be honored to be there. 🫶🏼
Come in as a patient. Leave as family. 💕
