Breaking News!

What a wonderful time we had at the Annual Senior Ball at the Mall! It was great seeing so many familiar faces and celebrating our local seniors.

We also had some exciting breaking news to share! Reunion Plaza is almost finished with its beautiful complete remodel, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to see the transformation.

In addition, Heritage Plaza will soon be the first long-term care facility in our area to offer WanderGuard technology, providing an added level of safety and peace of mind for residents and their families.

There are so many exciting things happening with our StoneGate facilities, and we’re looking forward to continuing to serve our community with exceptional care. Stay tuned for more updates!

We had a wonderful time at our Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, May 19. A special thank you to Area Agency on Aging for hosting such an informative event on APS 101 – Adult Protective Services.

We had a great turnout and appreciated the opportunity to share information about long-term care and skilled care services available at both of our facilities. Events like these help bring valuable resources and education to our community, and we are thankful to everyone who attended and participated.

Heritage Plaza is welcoming all to come out and experience a "Virtual Dementia Tour" tomorrow, April 22nd. This will help friends, family, and staff better understand the disease of Dementia. By participating in this virtual tour, we hope all can gain a better understanding of what their loved ones may be experiencing by having this disease.
