PAWPAW ROOT + NEGRO PEPPER REMEDY

This natural mixture is commonly used for: • Piles (hemorrhoids)
• Malaria
• Waist and lower back pain
• Menstrual pain
• Erectile dysfunction
• Staphylococcus infections

Ingredients:

1. Pawpaw roots — 2 to 3 finger-sized pieces

2. Negro pepper (Uda/Hwentia) — 5 to 8 pods, lightly crushed

3. Clean water — 2 litres

Preparation:

1. Wash the pawpaw roots properly.

2. Add the roots and the lightly crushed negro pepper into a pot.

3. Pour in the 2 litres of clean water and boil for about 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Allow the mixture to cool.

5. Strain and store in a clean container inside a refrigerator.

6. Use within 48 hours for freshness.

Dosage: Drink 150–200 ml (about one teacup) twice daily after meals for 7–14 days.
