I am truly grateful for the opportunity to provide chair massages for the hardworking employees of Advario Texas City in recognition of August Wellness Month!

Whether they worked at a computer or out in the field, many carried a great deal of tension in their necks, shoulders, and backs. This experience gave me an even greater appreciation for the demanding work they do every day—they truly deserved those moments of relief!

At Zel’s Massage & Fitness Zone, our chair massages are not one-size-fits-all or just basic compression. Each 15-minute session was customized using myofascial techniques, Chinese herbal oil, lavender aromatherapy, and peaceful music to help relieve tension and promote relaxation.

I’m truly grateful to the Bay Area Running Club for this recognition. After more than 20 years of running, I’ve learned that it’s not always about being the fastest or crossing the finish line first — it’s about commitment, consistency, and simply showing up.

Through the years, I’ve kept moving, kept pushing, and kept showing up — one step, one mile, and one race at a time.

Listen… you can HEAR the tiredness in my voice! 😂 I was dragging those words!

She was my last client of the day, and yes, I was TIRED! 😩 But when a client gets on my table, I still have to come with it! 💆🏽‍♀️💕

Her daughter gifted her a massage for her 70th birthday 🎂, and we focused on some areas that were really bothering her.

And because it was her special day, I added a little birthday love with extra treatment time and complimentary upgrades. 🎁💕 That’s my little gift to my birthday clients!

Seeing that beautiful smile afterward and knowing she was pleased made the tiredness worth it. 🥰
