For more than 90 years, Pilgrim Pharmacy has proudly served the Pelham Bay community, providing trusted care, personalized service, and lasting relationships across generations.

We are honored to be featured by News 12 as they highlighted our journey from opening our doors in 1934 to becoming a neighborhood staple for Bronx families. What has kept us going all these years is simple: the trust and support of our community.
