If this ever happens -

First: go see a doctor. If those are confirmed burns, that’s medical — no home remedies, no “let me just put something on it.”

Second: not every laser is built for our skin. The wrong device on deeper tones can burn and leave pigment behind. Research the machine, not just the price.

Third: the dark marks CAN be treated — peels, brightening homecare — but only once the skin is fully healed.

…Once she’s fully healed, pigment can absolutely be addressed — peels in-office, brightening and barrier support at home. But healing comes first.
