SBH is proud to introduce Bloodless Medicine to the Bronx, the first program of its kind in the borough.

Through our partnership with the Society for the Advancement of Blood Management (SABM), SBH is bringing innovative, evidence-based blood management strategies to our patients, providing additional options for care while supporting patient safety and quality.

This is an important step forward in expanding access to specialized care right here in the Bronx.

Earlier this summer, SBH received 280 life-changing wheelchairs through an incredible partnership with the Wheelchair Foundation, Major League Baseball, the National Urban League, and the New York Yankees. We were proud to celebrate the distribution of these wheelchairs to members of our community, helping expand access, independence, and quality of life. Thank you to our partners and special guests for making this impactful day possible. 💙♿

Your mental health deserves care too 💙

Wellness is about more than taking care of your body, it's also about making space for how you feel, what you need, and what helps you recharge.

This Wellness Wednesday, take a moment to check in with yourself. A little time and attention can go a long way.
