This month, I worked harder than I have in a long time.

I’ve spent countless hours planning, creating, learning, praying, and asking God one simple question:

“What’s next? Give me a sign.”

The funny thing about answered prayers is that they don’t always arrive the way we expect. Sometimes we’re so focused on the how and the when that we almost miss what’s right in front of us.

And then… Be Massage came to me so naturally.

Not forced.
Not complicated.
Just clear.

A reminder that sometimes the next chapter isn’t something you have to chase. Sometimes it arrives quietly after you’ve done the work and trusted the process.

So today I’m excited to officially share the beginning of BEmassage .

A space centered around rest, stress relief, and helping people simply be.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me along the way. I can’t wait to share what’s ahead. Shout out to my husband he did so much behind the scene he’s the best husband ever.

Sometimes the sign you’ve been asking for is already on its way.

Your generosity, donations, support, and encouragement helped us celebrate our teachers in meaningful ways all week long. From donated items and treats to acts of kindness and support, we truly could not have done it without each of you.

We are so grateful for the partnerships and relationships we have built within our school community. Thank you for recognizing and celebrating the hard work, dedication, and love our teachers pour into our students every single day.

Just BE
Let's be honest about something...
Bruising after a massage is not a sign of a good session.
It’s a sign of poor technique.

Bruising means blood vessels were damaged. That is not therapeutic.
That is not “getting the knots out.” That is your body responding to trauma and trauma is the opposite of what you came here for.
​
And that “no pain no gain” mentality? That’s gym culture. It was never meant for the massage table. Someone just decided it sounded good and the spa industry ran with it because harder pressure justified a higher price point.
A skilled therapist doesn’t need to hurt you to do deep work. Tissue responds to patience and intention, not force.

If you left your last massage bruised and sore and somehow felt like you should be grateful… you deserved better.
Too many times we've been told to tolerate discomfort and call it self care for way too long.
