If you are recovering from an injury and want to start an exercise program, join us on Wed at 8:30 a.m. Using props to help with balance and flexibility... a true Gentle and Slow Yoga Program. Energetic and challenging at times going with the requests of the attendees. This is YOUR yoga class... Here to lead and grow in strength, flexibility and balance.

Monday starts off right with a 9 am Chair Yoga practice at Little Elm Senior Center. Then at 10:05 on the mat for yoga at Little Elm Parks & Recreation. Hope to see you there.
Tuesday 7 pm Chair Yoga Plus at First United Methodist Church The Colony. And or on Wednesday at 1 pm Aldersgate UMC Carrollton. Suggested donation $5.

Monday being the holiday. There is NO yoga in Little Elm on Monday. Join us on Tuesday at 7 pm atFirst United Methodist Church The Colonye Colony 4901 Paige. Parking on Avery or on Wednesday at Aldersgate UMC Carrolltonrrollton. Old Denton just south of Kroger. Same side of the street. Suggested donation at the churches is $5
