All of our staff here at CGSC go above and beyond for our patients. Here’s an example of one of our surgeons, who went the extra mile for a patient today.

Dr Nathaniel Gebhard (Opthalmology) had a patient scheduled for surgery and the delivery of the lens implant was delayed. We were able to determine the delivery truck was somewhere in The Dalles. Dr. Gebhard got in his truck and tracked down a few delivery trucks in town before he found one at Walgreens, and scored the implant. He safely delivered it to the center, and surgery was complete by days end.

That’s a doctor who will
go the extra mile for his patients!
