Flagstone Senior Living in The Dalles is looking for our next Director of Health and Wellness (LPN or RN), someone who leads with clinical skill and a whole lot of heart.

In this role, you'll be the steady presence behind great care: assessing new residents, keeping care plans and medication protocols on track, and guiding the personal care team across our Assisted Living and In the Moment® Memory Care neighborhoods. You'll hire, coach, and mentor a team that residents and families trust every single day, working side by side with our Executive Director to keep Flagstone safe, warm, and thriving.

You might be the right fit if you:
• 🩺 Hold an active LPN or RN license (nursing degree strongly preferred)
• 🤝 Bring 3+ years in Assisted Living, Alzheimer's, or Memory Care
• 🌟 Have led a team and love helping others grow
• ❤️ Genuinely enjoy being around older adults

Flagstone Senior Living in The Dalles is hiring a Medication Aide / Med Tech to join our Assisted Living and In the Moment® Memory Care team.

In this role, you'll be a trusted part of our residents' day, passing medications safely and accurately per physician orders, following each resident's service plan, and keeping a caring eye out for any changes so our Health & Wellness team always stays in the loop. You'll also lend a hand at mealtimes and help set the tone for a calm, supportive environment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about the people you serve, you'll thrive here.

You'd be a great fit if you:
• 💊 Can read physician orders and match them to Medication Administration Records
• 🤝 Bring at least one year of caregiving experience, plus some supervisory experience in a health-related field
• 🎓 Hold a high school diploma or GED and any state-required certifications (First Aid included)
• ❤️ Love working with older adults and take pride in getting the details right
