The wellness algorithm has been making me dizzy.

Three days back on Instagram and I'm flooded — tests, fix-all remedies, what's poisoning me, what's saving me, when the world is ending. Knowledge without accessibility isn't power. It's noise.

So I want to fill a different kind of space. Two things have stayed true for me as a clinician:
One — you can only help the community if your own cup is full.

Two — the way you fill the cup is medical sovereignty. Functioning independent of the medical system. Knowing your own body well enough that "normal" labs don't override what you already know.

I work upstream-Nervous system first, while gathering right labs and more info. Most of what gets missed gets missed because no one is leading with nervous system dysregulation.

at least 400 years of this
under worse conditions.
Continue to do the good work.
Continue to build bridges not walls.
Continue to lead with compassion.
Continue the demanding work
of liberation for all.
Continue to dismantle broken systems,
large and small.
Continue to set the best example
for the children.
Continue to be a vessel of nourishing joy.
Continue right where you are.
Right where you live into your days.
Do so in the name of
The Creator who expects
nothing less from each of us.
And if you are not "continuing"
ALL of the above,
in community, partnership, collaboration?
