Dance has been a huge part of my life for 20 years, between learning from others and now having the chance to share my passion through teaching. When I took my first barre class, I instantly knew it was not only a great workout for me, but brought out so many technical elements of dance I had studied for so long. I love finding new ways to challenge both myself and my students, and bring energy to my classes. I look forward to sharing my love for barre and dance with each of you!

Join FloState’s training this summer and learn to teach SculptFlo! This interactive, core centered format is easily the funnest class you’ve attended, and now you can learn to teach it too. This multi-weekend training will teach you the fundamentals of a safe and fun SculptFlo class. Become confident in your knowledge of large muscle group movement, smaller muscle engagement, core focus, smart class sequencing, and class flow playlist creation. This training will qualify you to teach FloState’s SculptFlo format. We’re excited to be part of your journey!
