Our three‑phase process includes client interview, a detailed inspection using moisture meters, moisture detectors, infrared cameras and high‑power lights, and targeted sampling (IAQ air samples, tape lifts, swabs, bulk, cavity and dust). An average home or office typically requires 5-8 IAQ samples to provide sufficient data points. We analyze lab results alongside building science and inspection findings using IICRC S520, IICRC S500 and ASTM D‑7338 as references and follow protocols from IAC2, IAQA, EMSL, PRO‑LAB and ESA to produce legally defensible conclusions.
