Dr. Maneen was fortunate enough to spend the weekend in Boston with a great friend and colleague in the second annual ASMST Conference. Shockwave is changing the game in sports medicine and we are hoping to introduce into the clinic soon. It’s just another way orthobiologics and non invasive treatments are revolutionizing sports medicine!

Today was a full circle moment at Houston Health and Sports Medicine. Shortly before this photo was taken in 2017 Dr. Maneen recalled watching a preceptor inject platelet rich plasma (PRP) into a patient for a groin injury and thinking how risky and difficult of an injection it could be and today he was able to inject a fellow physician colleague for a similar injury with PRP without a problem. Here’s to 2026 wishing all good health and prosperity and reminder to focus on what’s ahead.
