Deportation anxiety is real. There are many mental health impacts from constantly perceiving fear, uncertainty, and just complete terror. Bilingual Therapy for Trauma & Identity as a professional. I encourage you to seek mental health. Not because this will be a solution. But it will definitely give you a space to freely express your concerns. And learned evidence based coping skills to alleviate some of the physical and mental symptoms.

Many bilingual counselors hear this in school and throughout their careers, but being bilingual doesn’t eliminate the challenges of building a caseload or growing as a clinician.
